By subscribing to the Fractional Program Manager Subscription Services offered by VSM, LLC, you agree to the following terms. This is a monthly recurring subscription that can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued. If your payment fails due to unavailable funds or an invalid card, your access will be paused and automatically canceled within three (3) business days unless payment information is updated.

All materials, templates, and tools provided through the subscription are based on industry best practices and VSM’s professional expertise. They are intended for guidance and internal business use only. Member feedback and suggestions are welcome, but content delivery remains at the sole discretion of VSM, LLC.

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or commercial use of subscription content is prohibited. Participation in any associated online community must be respectful and professional; VSM, LLC reserves the right to remove members who violate community guidelines without refund.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. All tools and recommendations should be applied with consideration for your unique business needs. By purchasing this subscription, you acknowledge and accept these terms. VSM, LLC may update these terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
