​VSM, LLC was established in 2004 with the primary goal of helping start-ups and small businesses to have the business processes to compete with their larger competitors.  The initial name of the firm, Visions Strategic Marketing was never a Marketing or Public Relations firm and offered no collateral design; however, started as a company that helped businesses strategically market and position their offerings in their marketplace with the right practices to be successful.  The services offered then and now are strategic best practices  based on Information Technology industry standards, which are vital to all companies.  In an effort to better position Visions for its clients in both public and private sector to understand the services offered, Visions Strategic Marketing, LLC new name is simply VSM, LLC. ​

VSM, LLC is owned and operated by Falecia Stuckey who is the President & CEO. Her background is extensive in growing teams with over 25 years of experience in Quality Management, Project Management and Process Improvement for both public and private sector firms. As a consultant, as well as a trusted advisor, she has developed both Quality Management departments within organizations and Program Management Offices (PMO) based on the principles of the Project Management Institute’s Common Body of Knowledge and Agile Frameworks.
